What: This form is for the final registration for written test prep for the Q1 2023 Private Pilot Written Test Prep at Pilotsmith.

When: Class times are 6:00pm to 8:00pm for approximately 14 sessions — we schedule 2 additional sessions just incase the material runs long. Class will be held in person only.  There are NO recordings or makeups — you’ll have to hit the books for sessions you miss.

Where: Classes are held at 1911 Airport Dr. Green Bay, WI 54313

Tuition is $250.  Tuition is non refundable and supplies are non refundable once opened or used.  If for any reason you become unable to attend class you may attend the next private pilot written test prep without the cost of tuition.  This class has an 8 person minimum to operate.  Written test is not included.  At the conclusion of this course and scoring a 80% or better on a practice exam — you will be issued an endorsement to take the written exam.

Supplies can be purchased through the flight school and will be ready on the first day of class given enough notice.

• Regular/Plain Calculator, no programmable functions allowed.
• Notebook (TAKE NOTES)
• Pens
• Pencils

• Transparency Sheets for performance planning sections
